All the great teachers say STAY PRESENT… but only recently have they shared ihow difficult that can be , especially in this rapidly changing plethora of distractions that surround us. Yoga contains all the practice I use to support my true self in this environment: asana, pranayama, meditation and wisdom teachings which can appear in many forms if you can only sustain your attention and open your eyes wider so you can be your best self and that will benefit all life on this planet. Namaste!

Wonderful! I agree with you, Lizzie, and there lies the wisdom in not escaping.

"Yoga is the willingness to be present" I quote Judith on that. Maybe she said it. Atta, this moment, here; we got it. How common the reaction to try to be else where and when. I like to say the mind is a useful servant but a horrible master. For fun, take the John Hopkins 20 questions about alcoholism and replace "drinking" with "thinking". Do you ever suffer remorse after thinking? Is thinking making your home life unhappy?

Hi Lizzie - I saw the Winter Reset offering - I can't be there "live" and as far as I can tell, that would be fine as I'll have lifetime access to the class, yes? Many thanks for all that you, Judith and Mary offer to the world - it makes a difference!
