To be true to yourself, listen to yourself, allow yourself to be tired or slow or sick....I think also this is what yoga teaches us.

Me too! I keep thinking I'll rest, just after I've done just this one more thing.....And then there's another 'just one more thing' until by the end of the day I'm wrung out. On the days that Savasana gets a look in, I can be tired at the end of the day but it's a different quality - more easeful somehow.

Me too! I noticed today when I felt tired, my first reaction was to force myself to get up and “do” something. I’m not sure where this resistance to rest comes from.

Me too! And was called a 'lazy ass bitch ' by my partner when I finally did lie down a couple weeks ago. We are now separated. I have been sick all week. Slept until 12:30pm today, maybe for the first time in my life. I never sleep this late!
