I just started tapping too and downloaded the tapping solution app. I actually used the framework from their app to create a tapping exercise for a community mediation class around feeling our shared humanity. I am lovable because you are lovable. We are lovable because we exist. It felt really awesome to share.

Emotion Code is an energy based method developed by Dr Bradley Nelson. (www.discoverhealing.com) With the help of muscle testing you find trapped emotions and release them by swiping over your governing meridian. I love the simplicity of it. It can even be done over distance.

Thank you so much for speaking your truth. While my three kiddos are older now I remember being where you are and your words resonated deeply with then and even now that they are in high school and middle school.

Reading this enabled a little deeper breath, and a little more softening during my work day - Namaste.
