These early years of motherhood have contained a surprising amount of grief. And, I suppose, denial of that feeling. Me? I’m not sad; I’ve got healthy twin rascals and all the other good stuff.
But that’s, unfortunately, not how feelings work. They ebb and flow with the moon, and get stuck in the body like the old food bits in that filter at the bottom of the dishwasher. Am I right?
Lately, I’ve been working with a tapping coach, Ginney Hitchon. She’s a master at gently guiding me to re-frame and release grief trapped in my body: transformative.
Here are some free resources to learn more about tapping. Do you use tapping? Know any other good links to share?
And fun announcement: my handmade Third Eye Masks are back in stock in an indulgently beautiful velveteen grey. First edition of 10 available for USA shipping on Tuesday, Feb 22nd. Perfect gifts, or perhaps as a treat for your own practice?
Have a great day,
Lizzie
I just started tapping too and downloaded the tapping solution app. I actually used the framework from their app to create a tapping exercise for a community mediation class around feeling our shared humanity. I am lovable because you are lovable. We are lovable because we exist. It felt really awesome to share.
So many resources; so many options and depth on "how to tap". Really enjoyed the intro video and look forward to diving deeper into the website provided. Thank you Lizzie🎉
