Watch now (45 min) | Have you experienced emotional turmoil in the last week? That’s a big yes from me. And when I asked that question at the beginning of this Live Savasana Session - more than half of us raised our hands. That exactly what we’re doing with Restorative yoga: connecting with our emotional bodies, softening our gaze, and holding space for hope.
Thank you Lizzie for this practice! I was a 5 and went to an 8. This was a wonderful way for me to shift from my week off back to work. In peace, Sarah
Hi Lizzie, I very much enjoyed it. So good to take time for ourselves and become better humans. Thank you for sharing all the lovely materials on a Sunday morning. Love from Belgium Ariane
Thank you Lizzie for making the replay available. A resounding 'yes' to emotional turmoil, so I decided to try this practice straight away (in bed, before even getting up!). I did experience a positive shift - I'd say from a 3 to a 5.
I loved your analogy about watering the zucchinis. A good reminder that small acts of care can have disproportionate results. It's hard to focus on that sometimes when life seems overwhelming.
I try not to check my phone before I get up, but am glad that today I read my email from you and it contained some gentle suggestions 😊
Great practice! Thank you!
Wonderful side lying pose today . Thank you for this gift! I love you and believe in you as well! Suellen
