Have you experienced emotional turmoil in the last week?

That’s a big yes from me.

And when I asked that question at the beginning of this Live Savasana Session - more than half of us raised our hands.

That’s exactly what we’re doing with Restorative yoga: connecting with our emotional bodies, softening our gaze, and holding space for hope.
