Thank you so much for this newsletter and practice. I was reading my mails and anticipating several stressful tasks on a monday morning, and decided to do this one hour practice before commencing the work. And it changed my mood and i dare say my whole day doing this. The tasks turned out to be much easier to solve and my irritated mood towards my partner disappeared completely. It is amazing how effectful a break and a breath can be.
So grateful for this Lizzie! Our family recently lost my grandson to a horrible car accident. He was just 2 weeks shy of 21! My heart is broken and also expanding.
Perfect timing, thank you Lizzie. This morning I woke with the thought that I needed to do more restorative yoga. I’m moving house and it can get all too much. So this break in day is much needed.
