Taking care of and nurturing myself. That amazing feeling of yielding and letting go into the support of the props :-)
Reset my body & mental state
Also reconnect with my emotional state
To disconnect from the ego voice.
Softening and opening
Loving myself more fully, completely, unconditionally
Building resiliency toward stress and taking care of myself 🧘🪷
