Deeply silent at the end of this savasana. Thank you.

Thanks Lizzie I was so exhausted this week-end that your post reminded me that taking a break is also yoga. I did twice on Sunday supta baddha konasana with eyes covered and it was delicious. and I keep the savasana for difficult times during the week like a piece of chocolate to savour when I really need it. Namaste! @Barbara Sloat I am personally not put off by Lizzie referring to Judith as 'Mama' for me it shows humanity, authenticity and deep love.....however I am Italian and culturally the ties we have to our family are so strong that when I see it in others I feel 'at home'.

Perfect!

FYI to Barbara, “mama” refers in yoga to a master teacher or guru or person of wisdom I the yoga world. It shows both loved and respect.

😂 Sorry for the confusion. But the recording is mostly silence - because it's a guided Savasana...

Sorry, Barbara. But it just wouldn't feel right to call my Mom "Judith" 😅
