My current go-to is Legs up the Wall.
Love how it elevates my pelvis (stimulating digestion, soothing my reproductive organs, calming my achy lower back) and drains fluid from the legs (relieving the tension of chasing my rascal kids around all afternoon) as well as putting my brain into a slower more meditative state (hello calm and creativity).
Win win win, right?
Lastly, here’s a podcast episode that shifted my thinking. It’s about reading and attention - especially the differences between paper and digital reading, and what screens do to the brains of our children. Inspiring me to put down my phone and pick up a paper book before bed. Who’s with me?
